Primordial Movement:
Move as Nature Moves
Sept 5 & 6, 2026 | The Living Centre
The Body Remembers
When we move as Life moves, something ancient awakens
We discover that we are Nature, remembering itself.
What if your body has never forgotten?
Modern science is beginning to describe what Indigenous wisdom has understood for millennia - beneath the visible world exists a dynamic, fluid field from which life continually emerges and remains interconnected.
Your body is part of that living field.
Rather than teaching the body what to do, Primordial Movement® activates our Sacred Fluid Body - the wellspring of extraordinary biological intelligence. Through slow, rhythmic movement, breath, and deep listening, the body begins to remember its inherent capacity to heal and regenerate through attunement to nature’s flow.
Your Body Is Designed for Flow
Your body is a fluid, intelligent organism, designed to move in harmony with Life. It forms the living bridge between your physical biology and the deeper dimensions of your being.
Every aspect of your health depends upon movement through fluid. Blood nourishes every cell. Lymph cleanses and restores. Cerebrospinal fluid protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord.
Fascia - your body's remarkable connective tissue forms one of the body's great communication systems. It carries sensation, memory, information, and relationship throughout the entire organism, adapting and responding to every experience.
When stress, injury, trauma or habitual patterns restrict movement, this extraordinary network begins to lose its natural fluidity, resilience and ease.
Primordial Movement® gently restores what the body has always known.
Through effortless wave-like movements, breath, and sound, fascia becomes more hydrated, responsive and alive. The nervous system regulates. Breath deepens. Long-held patterns of tension unwind. The body rediscovers efficiency instead of effort, coherence instead of fragmentation.
Where Biology Meets Spirit
Our Sacred Body is the wellspring of extraordinary biological intelligence.
Earth gives the body its structure. Water provides the living medium through which life communicates. Breath continually renews and animates every cell. Fire transforms nourishment into energy, growth, and regeneration. Ether offers the spaciousness through which awareness, relationship, and possibility emerge.
Together, these elemental forces form the architecture of our being, moving continuously in waves and rhythms that cleanse, nourish, restore and awaken every aspect of body, mind and spirit.
Primordial Movement® restores harmony to these elemental rhythms, allowing the body to reorganize naturally. The nervous system settles. Breath deepens. Perception expands. We no longer experience ourselves as separate from Nature, but as participants within its profound intelligence.
As greater coherence emerges, something remarkable begins to unfold. Fear softens. Trust deepens. Intuition awakens. A clearer sense of purpose naturally arises. We become more present, creative, grounded, compassionate, and more Fully Alive.
Movement is the doorway.
Breath is the rhythm.
The Elements are the teachers.
The Body becomes a living conversation of InterBeing!

Entering the Original Flow
Rather than filling ourselves with more information, we begin accessing the intelligence that has always lived within us.
9:30–10:00 am — Arrival and Sacred Space Creation
A gentle welcome into the weekend through grounding, presence, and connection. Together, we create a safe and supportive space, introduce the guiding principles of Primordial Movement®, and enter the weekend’s central invitation:
What if the body has never forgotten?
10:00–11:30 am — Opening the Gateway: The Body Remembers
Our first Primordial Movement® journey introduces the original flow of Being through breath, wave, spiral, sound, and stillness.
Moving from Earth to Ether, we begin sensing the five elements as living forces within the body rather than ideas to understand. This foundational journey invites us to slow down, listen beneath habitual patterns, and rediscover the intelligence already moving within us.
11:30–11:45 am — Break
Time to rest, hydrate, and allow the experience to settle.
11:45 am–1:00 pm — The Sacred Fluid Body: Water and Fire
An embodied exploration of fluidity, vitality, and transformation.
Through wave-like movement, breath, spirals, and rhythmic expression, we awaken the water element within the body’s fluids and fascial network. We then encounter Fire as the living force of warmth, metabolism, creativity, and transformation.
Water teaches us to flow and adapt.
Fire awakens our capacity to transform and renew.
1:00–2:30 pm — Lunch and Solo Integration
Time for nourishment, rest, journaling, reflection, or quiet communion with Nature.
Participants are encouraged to move slowly, listen inwardly, and allow the morning’s experiences to integrate without needing to analyze or explain them.
2:30–4:00 pm — The Elemental Body: Earth, Air, and Ether
A deeper Primordial Movement® journey exploring structure, breath, and spaciousness.
Earth offers grounding, stability, and embodied presence. Air opens breath, movement, exchange, and possibility. Ether invites us into spacious awareness, deep listening, and the mystery from which movement arises.
Together, we experience the elements as the living architecture of our being and remember that the body is not separate from Nature. It is an expression of Nature.
4:00–5:00 pm — Sound, Resonance, and Remembering
A vocal and vibrational journey using breath, tone, resonance, and intuitive sound.
Sound becomes a pathway for releasing held tension, deepening embodied awareness, and giving expression to what movement has awakened. Rather than striving to sing or perform, we allow the body to discover its own authentic vibration.
The day closes with stillness, reflection, and an opportunity to listen to the quiet intelligence emerging from within.
Movement is the doorway.
Breath is the rhythm.
The elements are the teachers.
Nature is the mirror.
The body is where it all becomes real. -
Becoming the Living Conversation
Day One opens the original flow within the body. Day Two carries that remembering into relationship with Nature, one another, and the larger living field.
9:30–10:00 am — Re-entering the Living Field
A spacious return through grounding, breath, gentle movement, and shared presence.
We listen for what has continued to move or reorganize overnight and re-enter the living field created together.
10:00–11:30 am — The Living Web Within: Fluidity, Fascia, and Coherence
A deeper Primordial Movement® exploration of the body as a living, interconnected ecology.
Through wave, spiral, breath, sound, and subtle movement, we experience the fascial and fluid body as a continuous web of relationship. Rather than moving isolated parts, we discover how movement communicates through the whole organism.
As effort softens, the body begins to find greater continuity, responsiveness, and coherence.
We do not make the body flow.
We listen for the flow already moving within it.
11:30–11:45 am — Break
Time to rest, hydrate, and integrate.
11:45 am–1:00 pm — Nature as Mirror: An Eco-somatic Journey
An experiential journey into the heart of Eco-somatics.
We bring our awareness into relationship with the living world, allowing the movements of trees, water, wind, sunlight, soil, and space to deepen our listening.
Nature is not used as scenery or something to imitate. It becomes a living presence with which we enter into conversation.
We begin to recognize that the patterns moving through the Earth are also moving through us. The body is experienced as an ecosystem within ecosystems: sensing, responding, adapting, and participating.
Nature becomes the mirror through which the body remembers its belonging.
1:00–2:30 pm — Lunch and Communion with Nature
Time for nourishment, rest, journaling, or solitary communion with the land.
Participants are invited to listen with the whole body and notice how relationship with place influences breath, sensation, awareness, and movement.
2:30–4:00 pm — Movement as Relationship: Self, Other, and the Living Whole
Primordial Movement® expands from an individual exploration into a living conversation.
Through individual, paired, and collective movement, we explore how bodies listen and respond without imitation, performance, or predetermined choreography. We become aware of the space between us and how movement changes through presence, resonance, and relationship.
The individual is not lost within the group. Each person’s unique movement becomes part of a larger, continually unfolding ecology.
Movement becomes more than personal expression.
It becomes participation.
4:00–5:00 pm — Embodied Participation: Carrying the Remembering Home
Our closing journey brings together the Sacred Fluid Body, the five elements, sound, stillness, relationship, and the living Earth.
We reflect upon how Eco-somatic awareness can continue beyond the workshop through the ways we breathe, move, listen, relate, and respond to the world around us.
The gathering closes with a simple ceremony of gratitude and belonging, honouring the body, the elements, the land, and the shared field of Life.
We leave not with another method to perfect, but with a relationship to continue.
Movement is the doorway.
Breath is the rhythm.
The elements are the teachers.
Nature is the mirror.
The body is where it all becomes real. When we move as Life moves, we remember that we are not separate from the living world.
We are participants in Life remembering itself through us.
No previous movement experience is necessary. You need only curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

Meet your instructor
Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera
Movement has always been part of my life.
Shamanu: Earth-Wisdom Teachings®, of which Primordial Movement® is the heart, emerged from my own healing journey.
When I was forty, after years immersed in spiritual teachings, my body began to break down. I realized I understood the teachings with my heart and mind, but I had not yet embodied them.
That experience revealed one of the greatest truths of my life: the body never lies. It is in constant communion with the living world and the universal forces that sustain it. It is our oldest teacher and our truest compass.
Through movement, breath, sound, and a deepening relationship with Nature, healing unfolded. Joy and confidence returned, along with a profound trust in the intelligence of my own organism. I discovered that I am not separate from Nature - I am Nature.
For more than forty years, Nature and the Elements have remained my greatest teachers, continually deepening my understanding of life, consciousness, and our place within the living world. Primordial Movement® is my invitation for you to remember what your body has always known.
