Master Sprouting:
The Seed Revolution

“Whatever happens to seed affects the web of life. If you are doing the right thing for the earth, she’s giving you great company.” ~Vanada Shiva

Master Sprouting: The Seed Revolution is a practical and inspiring course that teaches you how to grow nutrient-dense, soil-sprouted greens in just seven days using simple, low-tech methods. This two-part series shows you how to transform seeds into fresh, living foods that nourish your body, diversify your diet, and reconnect you with the abundance of nature.

Course Overview

This hands-on program reveals the art of sprouting and microgreens without the need for lights, costly equipment, or intensive labor. Whether you have a porch, balcony, windowsill, or small tray, you can grow a continuous supply of nutrient-rich greens year-round.

You will learn step-by-step techniques for soaking, sprouting, harvesting, and enjoying sprouts and microgreens. Alongside the practical skills, each session includes recipe sharing, sampling, and inspiration for bringing these vibrant foods into your daily meals.

What You’ll Experience

Step-by-step guidance on sprouting and microgreen techniques

▸ Hands-on practice in soaking, growing, and harvesting

▸ Creative recipes and tastings to inspire daily use

▸ Simple, low-tech methods for growing food indoors year-round

▸ An understanding of the abundance that one seed can unlock

Imagine the Abundance

Sprouts embody the miracle of transformation. A single square foot of sprouting space can produce up to two pounds of fresh greens every ten days—up to seventy-two pounds annually. By planting each day, you could harvest more than five hundred pounds of fresh, living food in a year. All of this can be done with just fifteen to twenty minutes of daily attention.

Sprouting is more than food production. Each seed carries the blueprint of life, and every harvest becomes part of a greater revolution—a return to nature’s original abundance and a deeper relationship with the food that sustains us.

Your Journey Awaits

Master Sprouting invites you into a revolution that begins with a single seed. This course offers the skills, inspiration, and confidence to cultivate an endless supply of fresh, vital greens while nurturing a lifestyle rooted in abundance, creativity, and connection to the living Earth.

“Sprouts vividly reveal the life force of a seed miraculously coming to life. They are one of the most nutrient-dense foods imaginable; they detoxify the liver, support the immune system (T-cells), and are full of life-force energy. Sprouts are biogenic, alive foods that appear to pass their essence (RNA, DNA) as a live force when eaten. Sprouts contain all the nutrients and energy needed to support a mature plant; when we eat sprouts, we acquire the essence of the mature plant but without the bulk. Growing sprouts in your home are easy to do in any season.” ~Viktoras Kulvinskas, Sprouts for the Love of Every Body

The sprouting, growing and nutritional concepts will be based on Shantree’s 45 years of experience as a sprouted and microgreens grower, live foods instructor, professional nutritionist, personal practice, and observation with his own body and patients. Much of the information you will learn will be based on his research and writings.

“Because sprouts are predigested food, they have a higher biological efficiency value than whole seeds, raw or cooked. Less food is required, yet more nutrients reach the blood and cells. Sprouting increases the quality of proteins and removes the inhibitor factors [like phytic acid]. One of the easiest proteins to assimilate is chlorophyll. The sprouting process, under the action of light, creates it. Chlorophyll is effective in overcoming protein-deficiency anemia.” ~Viktoras Kulvinskas
