Forest Gardening

Forest gardening, alternatively termed food forests, embodies a regenerative approach that complements natural ecosystems' intricate structure and functions. The aim is to cultivate self-sustaining, diverse, and resilient ecosystems capable of yielding food, medicine, and other valuable resources. This goal mirrors the layered composition of natural forests, which encompass tall trees, smaller trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants, and ground covers.
