Join the Shamanu: Soul Circle – A Free Monthly Gathering

Each month, Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera, Métis Elder, Earth ceremonialist, ecosomatic guide, and founder of Shamanu: Earth Wisdom Teachings (est. 1989), invites you to a one-hour online circle where the pulse of life, Earth, and Spirit can be felt and remembered within you and around you, as a single, graceful movement, flowing together in harmony and wholeness.
In this gathering, we come together to:
Receive powerful, embodied practices to reconnect to attune body and soul to the pulse of the natural world
Explore insights that ground us, restore clarity, and invite a sense of belonging
Share reflections and experiences in a heart-centred, supportive community space
Shamanu is a path of remembrance, a return to the wild intelligence of the Earth and the cosmic rhythms that shape us. In these times of disconnection and uncertainty, the Soul Circle offers a gentle doorway to realign with your truest nature, awaken intuitive wisdom, and feel the regenerative life-force within you.
This circle is an invitation: to touch the living Earth, honour your inner guidance, and remember that you are never separate. Even one hour of reconnection can plant the seeds for clarity, vitality, and deeper harmony with the world around you.

About Lorenna
Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera, the founder of Shamanu: Earth Wisdom Teachings, is a grandmother and Earth daughter. Over five decades, Lorenna has mentored change-makers from various backgrounds, offering Earth-centered training pathways across North America.
As co-director of The Living Centre (established in 1983) with her husband Shantree, she is a Permaculture Educator and Ayurvedic Living Nutrition Educator. Specializing in evolutionary regeneration, she provides Spiritual Ecology Lifestyle coaching at personal, ecological, and spiritual levels.
