Rooted Awakening is an intimate, deeply personal journey for those longing to come home to themselves, to the living Earth, and to what is most true within them.

This work is for times of transition, uncertainty, loss, relationship change, creative emergence, or when old patterns and cultural expectations no longer fit the life that is trying to unfold. Together, we create a spacious and grounded field where you can listen beneath the noise, reconnect with your body’s own intelligence, and discover what is ready to be acknowledged, released, reclaimed, or lived.

Lorenna’s approach is gentle, direct, embodied, and deeply relational. Sessions may include meaningful conversation, eco-somatic practices, breath and movement, guided reflection, ritual, energy awareness, and nature-based inquiry. Each session is shaped around the person before her rather than a fixed formula.

Rooted Awakening is not about becoming someone else. It is an invitation to remember the deeper self that may have become obscured by trauma, relationship patterns, grief, busyness, inherited beliefs, or the pressures of modern life. From this place of remembering, clarity, resilience, belonging, and a more authentic way forward can begin to emerge.

Transformative Five-Session Journey

Sessions are available in person at The Living Centre in Canada, in Costa Rica during the winter months, or online via Zoom.

All sessions include taxes, personalized notes, and video recordings when applicable, to support your integration and ongoing journey.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect your time and ours, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
