Nutrition

A Local, Wild, Native, Plant-Base Approach

With eco-systems in jeopardy what is the diet of the Now? What is the gentlest, most compassionate way to maintain vibrant nutritional health and support the healing of the environment? The answer to this question will determine the future of food. Join us as in an exploration of discovery.

There is no 'one' diet for everyone. Each of us is unique with different constitutions and therefore different nutritional needs. Through a study of the ancient wholistic science of Ayurveda we will explore: the effects of how and what we eat, how we live, what we think and how our relationships are all part of our nutritional health and well-being, and how our choices effect the vitality of the Earth. Ayurveda is a compassionate journey of self-discovery providing you with the tools to become your own best doctor. We integrate local, organic, plant-based, native, wild and in-season foods according to one’s unique constitutional blueprint.

Blending the Ayurveda lifestyle with the cutting-edge science of organic vegan live-food cuisine creates an integrated path toward the well being of oneself and the Earth.

Living the Solution:

Restoring Wholeness & Connection
