‘Youthing’ Secrets Revealed

You can feel healthier, have more energy, and start “Youthing” NOW – instead of aging.

Where will you be in twenty years? Will you be living the active life with a body full of vitality, purpose and passion?  Or will the wear and tear of “living” leave you worn out and sick?  In the past, the biochemistry of aging was cut and dried – aging happens. Not true – and here is why.

If we take proper care of our bodies, life-expectancy is unlimited. Both Dr. Bernard Jenson and Gary Young (good name) from Young Living Essential oils travelled the world in search of what creates health and longevity. They met people around the world who were still active and vibrant, living well over 125 years. Yes, it’s true!

The body’s ability to maintain health declines as its 75 trillion cells output less and less energy. Stress, toxic environments, improper nutrition, lack of exercise, trauma, and an imbalanced lifestyle all rob the body of its life-force.  A weakened body easily falls prey to disease – and death.

It’s never too late to begin ‘youthing’ our bodies. How far can we go? Let’s find out.

The Secret Is Out

Observe who the people are that are not only vital and healthy in their seventies, eighties and nineties, but contributors to their communities. Ask them how old they feel and they will give you an age much younger than their biological age. Their purpose and passion for life keep them enthusiastic about finding ways to stay vital. They keep physically active, cultivate emotional intelligence, and mental astuteness.

Secrets to ‘Youthing’ Revealed

It is better to treat the body gently using deep cellular cleansing to amp the frequencies of the cells for self-repair. Once there, cells continue to regenerate forever, according to Dr. Alexis Carroll, who received a Nobel Prize for the research that proved the cell “immortal”.

‘Youthing’ happens from the inside out. Here are the six secrets of ‘youthing’ – all common sense and none difficult or costly.

1 Intent – consider opting out of the “senior” classification. Watch your thoughts, attitudes, actions and even dress! There are a lot of ‘older’ people whose metabolic age is far younger than those with a young chronological age.

2 Nutrition – choose ‘real food’. Let your cuisine consist of the highest quality organic foods. Local is best. Bring in 70 to 80% raw food.  Natural foods have the higher frequencies needed for cellular repair and regeneration. Learn what foods are best for your unique body type. You are what you eat.

3 Exercise – we do not DO movement, we ARE movement. Exercise helps prevent diseases, improves stamina, strengthens and tones, enhances flexibility, controls weight, supports a healthier sex drive, clearer mind and emotions and improves quality of life – to name but a few.

4 Good sleep, 20 minutes of sunshine a day, drink 3 litres of pure water daily, play – lots, and relaxation time are all important in your ‘youthing’ program – stressed bodies accelerate aging.

5 Live your passion – if you can’t do this through your work then find ways to bring your creative gifts into the world. If you love to dance – then dance; art – then paint, gardening, helping others, food preparation, whatever it is, find the ways to fulfill your passion. And when you do ‘retire’ – never stop working and offering your gifts. When you are sharing your passion it is no longer ‘work’, it is pleasure and fulfillment.

6 The 6th, and probably most immediate way of ‘youthing’ yourself is through Rejuvenation and Cleansing processes. And Spring is the perfect time to do it.  Let’s spend a little time with this.

In normal conditions, our bodies are able to flush all toxins out, but with the high levels of stress and pollutants, it is almost impossible in this day and age. We then experience fatigue, headaches, poor energy, poor digestion, constipation, sleeping problems, unhealthy skin, nervousness, irritability, and eventually debilitating diseases.

During the rejuvenation and cleansing period, our bodies do not have to spend all their energy on the digestive tract and can concentrate on clearing out leftover toxins. Through healthy nutrition, juices, rest, relaxation, sunshine and ‘youthing’ exercise, you can take years off your life in a short period of time.

The Sevenfold Path Rejuvenation workshops and Spiritual Fasting programs at The Living Centre include:  Nutritional Wisdom,  Shamanu – Movement, Breath & Meditation practices, the Seven keys to a healthy lifestyle and ancient healing practices from Ayurveda, the Science of Life.  It’s a time to quiet the mind and emotions; heighten your soul’s connections with the sacred and experience a multidimensional process that opens the gates to a deeper understanding of who you are. The following ‘youthing secrets’ are all a part of what you will experience.

‘Youthing’ Benefits of Rejuvenation & Cleansing Practices:

  • Recharge, Restore & Reconnect

  • Stimulate the body’s self-healing & health restoring powers

  • Restore vitality to body, mind and emotions.

  • Alkalize the body – disease can’t grow in an alkalized environment

  • Heals physical and mental stagnancy which can manifest as fatigue, depression, chronic pain, apathy and other chronic ailments

  • Develop self-awareness & body intuition

  • Build the systemic health of the whole body, enhances creativity, clarity of mind and emotional equilibrium.

  • Strengthen one’s spiritual practices & awareness of purpose & connection with the Divine

A cleansing diet is based on the general idea that when all sources of incoming toxins are eliminated, the body will be able to start to eliminate stored toxins. By toxins, we mean principally chemicals and pollutants from the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat… but also smoke and alcohol.

You may want to take better care of yourself from now on just because it will keep you young. And conversely, you’ll stay young because you’re taking better care of yourself. It’s the circle of life.
