Amidst the global crisis, Shamanu extends an invitation to embark on a mystic's journey towards realignment with the wisdom teachings of Earth and Universe. Our purpose is to rewrite a narrative for humanity that unequivocally honours the sacredness of all life and protects future generations.

Since our establishment in 1989 by Lorenna Bousquet-Kavera, Shamanu has been dedicated to facilitating the spiritual and physical transformations required for the coming era. Our teachings reveal that your true nature is far more ancient and encompassing than a ‘separate self ‘ defined by an industrial complex. We strive to foster a fresh understanding of human existence, nurturing intuitive wisdom and liberating individuals from attitudes that jeopardize the continuity of life on Earth.

A rich tapestry of eco-philosophies, cosmogenesis, indigenous teachings, eco-somatic, Earth rituals, visionary journeys and personal transformation strategies offer a comprehensive support system for creating empowered choices, lives and cultures that cherish and protect all of Life. Our embodiment practices translate abstract concepts into tangible experiences, ensuring that the journey is both experiential and practical.

About the Workshop

In response to the global crisis, Shamanu invites you to embark on a mystic's journey, realigning with the wisdom teachings of Earth and Universal to rewrite a narrative for humanity that honours the sacredness of all life and protects future generations. Established in 1989 by Lorenna Bousquet-Kavera, Shamanu is dedicated to facilitating the spiritual and physical transformations required for the coming era.

In this workshop, we delve into ancient and contemporary earth philosophies, weaving a poetic tapestry of the Universe's story. Through Earth Rituals, embodiment processes, and connection with the elements – Air, Fire, Water, Earth, and Ether/Spirit – we discover their wisdom as intrinsic to our being. We honour our relations with animals, plants, stars, and planets, feeling the resonance of home within our bodies amidst a wondrous matrix of existence. We step into a timeless tale that venerates the sanctity of all life, safeguarding the legacy for generations to come.

Meet your instructors

Lorenna

Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera, the founder of Shamanu: Earth Wisdom Teachings, is a grandmother and Earth daughter. Over five decades, Lorenna has mentored change-makers from various backgrounds, offering Earth-centered training pathways across North America.

As co-director of The Living Centre (established in 1983) with her husband Shantree, she is a Permaculture Educator and Ayurvedic Living Nutrition Educator. Specializing in evolutionary regeneration, she provides Spiritual Ecology Lifestyle coaching at personal, ecological, and spiritual levels.
