In these times of fervent awakening and tumultuous transformation, we can come home to the heart, to the sacred space within where presence anchors us reconnecting us to ourselves and the timeless wisdom that resides there.

Cardia-Gnosis - heart-knowing - is a central teaching from the ancient Mystery Schools, while modern science continues to reveal the remarkable intelligence of the human heart. The heart is a living portal that deepens our intuition and opens us to meaningful synchronicities and a more enchanted way of being.

On this New Moon evening, we welcome Darren Austin Hall as he returns to Ontario from touring and travels in Europe on his Holy Shift Tour. Darren will share inspiring universal wisdom of the heart from a diversity of spiritual traditions. Sacred sound practices, poetry and movement enthuse the powers of the heart.

Lorenna Bousquet-Kacera will guide a Heart Coherence meditation, a ceremonial cacao blessing, and an embodied movement journey that invites us to fully inhabit the wisdom of the heart.

We will culminate in a New Moon intention, honouring the radiant heart of Leo and the sacred spirit of the White Lions.
