In these times of profound awakening and tumultuous change, we can come home to the heart, to the sacred space within where presence anchors us, reconnecting us to ourselves and to a wisdom far older than our thinking mind.
Beneath the noise, beneath our stories and habitual ways of moving through the world, there is another way of knowing. A place where sensation, intuition, feeling and presence meet. A place where life becomes intimate again, and where we begin to remember what truly matters.
Heart Home is an invitation to enter this inner landscape and experience the heart not simply as an organ or metaphor, but as a living centre of perception, relationship and wisdom.
To live from the heart is both ancient and deeply relevant to our time. As we learn to trust its intelligence and allow it to become a greater guide in our lives, something begins to change in how we meet one another and the living world.
When we live from our hearts, we awaken to transformations within ourselves. Our very notion of reality undergoes a great re-enchantment of our world, where wonder, magic and passionate purpose are restored as key elements of our lives.
Darren brings the transformative dimension of sacred sound, music and the ancient wisdom of the heart. Drawing from spiritual traditions, poetry, philosophy and sound practice, he will explore cardia gnosis, or heart-knowing: the understanding that the heart possesses ways of perceiving that extend beyond the analytical mind.
Through immersive sound journeys, voice explorations, vibration and deep listening, we enter states where insight may arise organically rather than through effort.
Lorenna's embodied eco-somatic explorations and sensory awareness become pathways into deeper layers of ourselves. As the body softens and habitual patterns quiet, an inner terrain begins to reveal itself. Sensations become language. Movement becomes listening. We begin to sense what the body has been communicating all along.
Together, sound and movement become a conversation between the inner landscape and the living field around us.
True spirituality asks us to become increasingly present, integrated and available to life: to meet our shadows, deepen our capacity for relationship, listen more carefully and participate consciously in the greater web of Earthly life.
We create the space for what is experienced to continue unfolding in the days that follow, becoming insight, discernment and ultimately a different way of meeting our lives.
The Dreaming
A new world is already being dreamed, and each of us has a place within its unfolding. Embodied practice and sacred sound offer us powerful ways to listen for what is ours to bring forward.
Held within the lush landscape of The Living Centre, Nature becomes both teacher and mirror. The body becomes a compass. The heart becomes a threshold.
We gather in sacred circle not to escape the complexity of these times, but to meet them differently: grounded in the body, receptive in the heart, connected to one another and woven again into the greater community of life.
And beneath it all, we may discover something remarkably simple:
We are not searching for our way home.
We are learning how to inhabit the home that has always lived within us.
