“Humans are the only ones who think we can perfect nature; because of this, we are riddled with disease. ~Dr. Brian Clement
So, get ready to embark on an exciting adventure to discover the true potential of your whole organism!
Can an Ayurvedic Living-Foods Sattvic Lifestyle help us break free from our preoccupation with ourselves and our isolation while also healing our tendency towards domination, aggression towards the feminine, and exclusivism? Can it support the development of intuitive wisdom, cultivate compassion, and be the catalyst for our spiritual growth?
The answer is a resounding YES!
These engaging, exploratory sessions will show the deep spiritual hunger at the heart of our nutritional crisis and global challenges. By understanding the interconnection between food, body, mind, emotions, spirit, and nature, we can develop a wholistic approach to nourishing ourselves. The practice of living cuisine becomes a means of creative expression and a powerful gateway to the sacred.
We embark on a journey to explore the difference between reductionism and the golden rule. These two paradigms are like two opposing forces, each with unique characteristics. The reductionist method involves breaking things down into their smallest components to gain a better understanding of them. In contrast, the golden rule is based on the concept of holism or the idea that everything is interconnected and that we must consider the whole system to understand each part. The concept of a ‘holon’ is particularly interesting, as it describes something that is both a whole and a part of a larger system. It’s like a secret shadow lurking in the background, waiting to pounce on the unsuspecting reductionist. Which side do you align yourself with?
Then, we will go even more profound. Are you curious about what makes us human? Let’s delve into the fascinating world of the human constitution to create a massive Paradigm Shift!
