Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old body/mind practice from India. Through a constitutional approach to healthy living, Ayurveda teaches us how to successfully tailor a nutritional program to suit individual needs.
This teacher training integrates Ayurvedic Medicine and Living Nutrition and how it can significantly enhance the health of the body, mind, and spirit. For anyone who has struggled with a one-size-fits-all diet, exercise, or psycho-emotional fads, this training offers a welcome relief with its comprehensive approach to nutrition and lifestyle practices. Ayurveda is nature’s wisdom, the world’s oldest natural system of traditional healing wisdom. In this course, we integrate a live-food approach and Ayurvedic Medicine.
This course addresses the ecological perspective and helps deepen your connection with the bioregional diversity of nutritional plants and spices through plant walks and wild edible foraging. In addition to studying plants from an energetic approach, we will look at the nutritional scientific understanding of plants and see where the two paths meet.
The diploma program focuses on the ancient roots and practical hands-on skills of Ayurvedic understanding and wisdom. We will explore what solutions emerge out of the oldest medical system on the planet. Discover what this system offers today to support us in creating a local, abundant, regenerative, fulfilling life.
